Unlike many that approach estate planning as a "plug and pay" model, we like to educate professionals on the structures and advantages of their estate planning options. After the professional understands the pros and cons, we begin crafting the estate plan.

Once we have designed the plan, we create a flowchart illustrating the plan and its structure. The professional then reviews the plan and determines if the illustration is consistent with his or her desires. Once approved, we can draft the necessary documents.

Finally we work with the professional to make sure the assets are properly transferred into the trust, and that the beneficiary designation forms on retirement plans and insurance policies have been properly modified to be in line with the newly created estate plan.
